For 17 years he led restaurant De Leest, one of the best addresses in Europe. He combines regional products with international influences, and his dishes balance freshness, elegance and passion.
He created the culinary concept for every Morii yacht: from the local market, cooked around you, made to share.
He trains our on-board chefs in his own kitchen standards, so every yacht sails with a chef cooking at his level.
Several times a year he cooks for Morii guests in person, at our signature events.
